How the price is calculated
The proposed amount is not the resale price displayed on the site. It takes into account the costs associated with resale: time for refurbishment and online listing, selling platform fees, packaging and shipping, and a necessary margin to keep the business viable. This is why the offer is always lower than the estimated resale value.
Another option: consignment
If you prefer not to sell directly, consignment with a contract is also possible: your items are put up for sale in the shop, and you receive a pre-agreed percentage once the sale is made.
